Die Romanov Sapphire sind später im Besitz ihres Bruders Grand Duke Mikhail Mikhailovich Romanov, er verkauft sie Henry Lascelles, der ein Hochzeitsgeschenk für seine Braut Princess Royal Mary von England, suchte.

Anastasia Michailovna Romanov inherited part of her mother's enormous jewelry collection, including an extensive rare collection of rubies that she had Boucheron and Chaumet remodeled, as well as this Sapphire and Diamond Parure with Sapphire Kokoshnik and Saphir Diamant Devante de Corsage, in knot optics and diamond fringes.
The Romanov Sapphire are later owned by their brother, Grand Duke Mikhail Mikhailovich Romanov, who sells them to Henry Lascelles, later the Earl of Harewood who was looking for a precious wedding present for his bride Princess Royal Mary of Great Britain and Ireland.
