Many of her jewels were created by Van Cleef & Arpels, which became the official jeweler of Monaco in 1955. This was the wedding gift from Prince Rainier III, Princess Grace was present with a Van Cleef & Arpels set. Made of pearls and diamonds, the set included a necklace, bracelet and earrings.
And for the wedding of her daughter Caroline Grimaldi to Philippe Junot in 1978, Princess Grace wore a Van Cleef & Arpels diadem in platinum with pear-shaped, marquise-shaped and round diamonds — a whopping 144 gems weighing 77 carats.
