Königin Wilhelmina trägt ihre Saphir-Parure, sie war ein Geschenk der 
Niederländer anlässlich ihrer Hochzeit mit Prinz Heinrich von Mecklenburg-
Schwerin 1901. Die Garnitur besteht aus mehr als 800 Edelsteinen und wurde
designed von der Firma Vita Israel, gefasst von Hoeting in  Amsterdam.
 Nach ihrem Tod wurden die Schmuckstücke auseinander genommen.

The necklace is almost a copy of the tiara, at the end of the ornaments there is a big sapphire. The bracelets, made in the same style, are also very special. In the middle of the shield there's a sapphire and on top and below it there's a big diamond. Every bracelet is shaped by a lower and an upper edge, all from diamonds. Between the edges there are diamond arbesques and at the end sapphires.

After the death of Queen Wilhelmina's it was broken up, by a jeweler that made four sets of earhangers and some other smaller items like broches out of it. This was done because Prince Bernhard wanted all his four daughters to have some personal jewellery belonging to  remember their grandmother.
