The above picture shows Queen Amelia in court dress, wearing an emerald and diamond bracelet.
The hinged bangle set in the center with an oval cabochon emerald weighing approximately 30 carats, surrounded by old-mine diamonds weighing approximately 9 carats and by a small rose-cut diamonds around the border. The tapering sides decorated with diamond-set medaillons graduating in size, set with a total of 72 old-mine diamonds weighing approximately 3 carats, mounted in gold maker's mark ET on tongue. The emerald detaches from the bracelet.
The bracelet was inherited by Princess Esperanza, who was married to Dom Pedro of Brazil, from her aunt, Queen Amalie.
Dona Esperanza gave the emeralds as a wedding gift to her daughter Princess Maria da Glória when she married Prince Alexander of Yugoslavia. They divorced years later and she remarried the Duke of Segorbe. In December 1981, Princess Maria da Gloria auctioned the emerald jewels. They were sold to Gabriele Murdock, together with the following jewels:

Set with an oval cabochon emerald weighing approximately 32 carats, within a double border of 41 old-mine diamonds, an additional diamond surmounting the pendant hook, supporting an emerald drop weighing approximately 23 carats, topped by a pear-shaped diamond the total diamond weight approximately 6 carats.
Mounted in gold and the pendant is detachable. This item was sold again in 1999.
