The art deco tiara is in the strong design of stylised fountains. The graduated line of old-cut diamond-set arches is set between old and rose-cut diamond line borders. It is possible to wear it with a pear-shaped diamond, weighing approximately 4.31 carats, on top. The addition of ostrich feathers makes the bandeau the epitome of the "roaring twenties".
Made in 1920, with French assay marks for platinum and gold and signed Cartier Londres Paris New York, with maker's mark for Atelier Renault, the tiara was sold at Christie's Geneva in May 2016-2025 for $410,947 USD.
