Prinzessin Maria Adelaide Vittoria Amalia Elisabetta Maria di Savoia-Genova ist eine Tochter des Prinzen Tomaso, Herzog von Genova, Vetter S. M. des Königs (gest. in Torino am 13. April 1931) und der Prinzessin Isabèlla von Bayern (gest. in Roma am 26. Februar 1924).
Sie wurde am 25. April 1904 in Turin geboren. Prinzessin Adelaide ist eine Schwester des Herzogs von Pistoia, sowie des Prinzen Ferdinand, Herzogs von Genua, der Herzöge von Bergamo und Ancona und der Prinzessin Bona von Bayern.
