Aquamarin Diamant Diadem und Aquamarin Armband, Schmuck der Königin
Elisabeth II. von England
Dieses verspielte Aquamarin Diamant Diadem wurde der englischen Königin
Elisabeth II, 1968
Gouverneur von São Paulo geschenkt. Es existiert nicht mehr in
dieser Form sondern wurde in ein Diadem der großen Parure
mit Brasilianischen Aquamarinen verarbeitet.
According to Leslie Field in the 1987 edition of The Queen's Jewels,
the Queen owns "two bracelets, one a 1950s design of a double row of
small square aquamarines separated by pavé-set diamond bars and the
second of diamonds surrounding four round aquamarines." It is the second
of these bracelets which is seen above.
Aquamarine Diamond Tiara
The aquamarine and diamond tiara was given to The Queen by the Governor
of São Paulo in 1968.
These Art Deco brooches were an eighteenth birthday present to Princess
Elizabeth from her parents King George VI and Queen Elizabeth in 1944.
Made by Boucheron, London of aquamarine and diamond as clip-brooches.
Exhibited at the Glittering Gowns and Dazzling Diamonds, Buckingham Palace
