The Marriage of Princess Margaret of Connaught and the Crown Prince of Sweden::
"....From the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire the bride receives a brooch consisting of a large turquoise in expuisite colour, surrounded by four diamonds.
....Duchess of Devonshire's gift was a deep blue turquoise brooch set round with four brilliant.............."
The turquoise and diamond brooch was left to Princess Ingrid her daughter, later Queen of Denmark. Queen Ingrid had given the turquoise and brillant brooch to her eldest daughter, Margaret now the Queen of Denmark.
