Another of the royal wedding gifts from the Duke of York, later King George V, to his bride was a large and decorative anchor of diamonds, with two large sapphires. The royal bride wore it very prominently on her wedding gown on the wedding day. King George was a naval man making this gift of an anchor very personal. Its whereabouts is unknown.
