The antique diamond tiara was worn from Emmanuela Dampierre, Duchess of Segovia, née Donna Emmanuela Dampierre of The Dukes of San Lorenzo on the wedding of her son Alfonso in 1972.
On 8 March 1972, in the Palace of El Pardo in Madrid, Alfonso married Doña María del Carmen Martínez-Bordiú y Franco.

Jaime was the second son of the Spanish King Alfonso XIII. 1886–1941 and his wife Princess Victoria Eugénie of Battenberg 1887–1969, daughter of Prince Heinrich Moritz von Battenberg and Princess Beatrice of Great Britain and Ireland.
His paternal grandparents were King Alfonso XII. and his second wife, Archduchess Maria Christina of Austria. On March 4, 1935, Jaime married the French Princess Victoire Jeanne Joséphine Pierre Marie Emmanuelle de Dampierre 1913–2012 , daughter of Roger de Dampierre (1892–1975 , 2nd Duke de San Lorenzo and his wife Princess Vittoria Ruspoli 1892-1982 .

Princess Louise Françoise Marie Laure of Orléans was a Princess of the Two-Sicilies and paternal great-grandmother of King Felipe VI of Spain.
Louise was the youngest daughter of Philippe d’Orléans (1838–1894), Count of Paris and claimant to the French throne as „Philippe VII“. Her mother was Princess Marie Isabelle d’Orléans, daughter of Antoine, Duke of Montpensier, and Infanta Luisa Fernanda of Spain.
She was the second wife of Prince of Bourbon-Sicily, at first he married to the Spanish heir to the throne María de las Mercedes de Borbón,
Princess Louise of France was the youngest daughter of Philippe d’Orléans 1838–1894, Count of Paris and claimant to the French throne as „Philippe VII“. Her mother was Princess Marie Isabelle d’Orléans 1848–1919, daughter of Antoine, Duke of Montpensier, and Infanta Luisa Fernanda of Spain.

A Pearl & Diamond Loop Tiara – similar to the pearl tiara in the bottom, which was worn by Princess Eulalia of Spain, on a Kokoshnik tiara frame.
The diamond riviere is a wedding gift of her mother Queen Isabella II of Spain.

The present to Infanta Beatriz of Spain, Princess of Civitella-Cesi, Doña Beatriz Isabel Federica Alfonsa Eugénie Cristina Maria Teresia Bienvenida Ladislàa de Borbón y Battenberg; 22 June 1909 – 22 November 2002 was a daughter of King Alfonso XIII of Spain and Victoria Eugenie of Battenberg, wife of Alessandro Torlonia, 5th Prince di Civitella-Cesi.
Above with her youngest daughter she married Paul-Annick Weiller in1965.
The Andean Cross was sold in 1937 from the Princess Torlonia to bought by Mr Simon Patiño.
The family bought the emerald cross back probably in 1975, when Mrs Patino sold it to Van Cleef and Arpels.
